Educational Background:

Work Experience:

Awards and Honors:

FANG Haiyan, female, was born in 1974 in Jining, Shandong Province. She has long been engaged in the research of autonomous navigation theory and applications, as well as weak signal detection and processing. She has presided over and participated in many pre-research fund projects and key research program projects. In the field of pulsar navigation signal processing, she is dedicated to solving the challenge of high-precision estimation under extremely low signal-to-noise ratios during short-term observations. She has achieved systematic research outcomes encompassing pulsar physical characteristics, high-precision signal processing and simulation, and earth orbital navigation applications. She is also involved in the Miyin program related to the detection of exoplanets similar to Earth, conducting in-depth research in high-precision platform measurement and ground validation.

Currently, her research areas include X-ray pulsar navigation and high-precision measurement of the Miyin program's satellite platform and ground validation.
