Yang Min, born in October 1985 in Xi'an, Shaanxi, holds a doctorate and is a professor, doctoral supervisor, and distinguished professor of the Huashan Scholar Program at the Department of Measurement, Control and Communication, School of Aerospace Science and Technology, Xidian University. He has presided over general and Young Scientists Fund projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), basic pre-research projects, and projects supported by joint laboratory funds, and has participated in projects supported by the NSFC Special Fund for Research on National Major Research Instruments, national major projects, and pre-research projects. He has published over 20 papers in the fields of measurement, control and communication, plasma diagnostics, and radio wave propagation in journals such as IEEE Transactions on Plasma Science (IEEE TPS), Physics of Plasmas (POP), Journal of Applied Physics (JAP), and AIP Advances. He serves as a reviewer for journals such as Scientific Reports, IEEE TPS, Plasma Science and Technology (PST), POP, Applied Computational Electromagnetics Society Journal, and Journal of Astronautics.
